We are currently seeking a Virtual Administrative Assistant.
The Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative support to executive management including communications at all levels of all types.
This is a Remote / Telecommute position.
The primary responsibility of the Administrative Assistant will be aiding with customer billing, expense reporting and validation, communications, and coordinating travel.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
On a set semi-monthly schedule, validate consultant time and expense entry, producing customer invoices
Reviews approval requests (expense reports, agreements, etc.) for accuracy and compliance with company policies
Review and follow up on outstanding receivables to ensure timely payments
Works with time sensitive and confidential information. Exercises tact, diplomacy and discretion in written and verbal communications
Oversee the administrative processes to onboard new staff or engage new clients
Create and maintain calendars, schedule activities and meetings
Secure arrangements for programs, events, or virtual conferences issuing information or invitations, coordinating speakers, and controlling event budget
Support development of executive PowerPoint presentations including charts, graphs and importing and exporting of critical data
Contribute to special projects as requested
Miscellaneous activities as assigned by manager
Those with 2+ years of administrative experience, customer billing and expense management will strongly be considered for the role.
Proven ability to meet deadlines, effectively convey information, prioritize work and multi-task. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.

Hours per week:
30 – 40
Salary: 25.00 hourly to start.
